2015 BMW 2-Series Convertible Redesign - The name change is part of BMW's overall strategy to align more practical models such as sedans, wqzxc wagons and Gran Turismos with names starting with odd numbers, while the more dynamic models such as coupe, convertible and four-door Gran Coupe get even name.

This step not only allows for the introduction of more models to the lineup, wqzxc such as the new GT and Gran coupe, but also for larger premiums can be deducted as now there is a big difference between the lines.
To reflect the major differences, expect new 2-Series Convertible, wqzxc which are expected to be launched in 2014 as 2015 models, for very different styling features with the 1-Series hatchback which it is based. Abroad, expect some diesel options, as well as BMW's new three-cylinder engine.
